The Key Signature Select panel is a POWERFUL feature of the Chordboard. Sit down in front of your favorite sheet music, determine the key signature, press the blue buttons (such as C then #) and the Chordboard automatically selects default chord progressions for each of the eight chord banks, and places each chord bank in "tune" with the key signature. This means that you do not have to "remember" which chords will be major or minor, etc., depending on what the key signature is...The Chordboard helps "free" you from Theory memorization requirements... Once the key signature is plugged in, any chord bank can be further modified, depending on the needs of the song, and saved to a specific Chordboard "state" as defined in the MIDI Control Center section of these pages... |
